Honey & Hope 61 is a family-owned online Modern Cottage Apothecary — a faith-centered brand devoted to crafting hand blended loose leaf teas that have functional nutrient properties, and a one-of-a-kind Elderberry Syrup designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit.

Each blend is formulated by founder Sara Zaki, MS, RDN, DIFM, HTMA-P — an integrative and functional medicine dietitian, and holistic nutritionist with over 22 years of experience — uniting faith, organic herbs, and nutritional science in every jar.

Every creation — from our signature elderberry syrup to future cottage-inspired goods — is made with purpose, purity, and a sweet story behind why we stock it on our shelves.

Sara’s own journey is one of redemption and restoration — a life of beauty born from ashes, inspired by the promise of Isaiah 61:3b
